My free gift to you

Dynamic Silence Meditation

A forgotten doorway into presence, awareness and inner clarity.

WELCOME

Hi, I’m Lawrence.
I’m glad you’re here.

I’ve created this Dynamic Silence meditation as a gift to you — an invitation to pause, settle, and reconnect with your still place, find a more grounded way of being, with yourself and the world.

This practice has been central in my own healing, sense of direction, and relationship with life. It continues to shape how I live, how I listen, and how I serve.

  • Dynamic Silence is a living stillness.

It includes sensation, feeling, awareness, and relationship with the natural world. Attention softens, the nervous system settles, and awareness begins to organise itself in a more coherent way.

From this place, listening becomes natural — and guidance arises through body based knowing.

I often describe this as a movement between two modes of awareness:

    • Physical mind — analytical, busy, past and future focused

    • Spirit mind — present, relational, intuitive, embodied

Dynamic Silence supports a fluid relationship between these modes, allowing each to serve life more fully.

  • Many people experience a sense of uncertainty and feel like there is something missing — even when life appears to be working on the outside.

This meditation offers a starting place.

A chance to feel what happens when the body relaxes, attention lands and awareness returns to the present moment. Over time, this simple shift can restore a sense of orientation and inner steadiness.

No prior experience is needed. Only a willingness to sit, feel, and notice.

  • When you sign up, you’ll receive:

    • A guided Dynamic Silence audio meditation

    • A short video from me about Dynamic Slence + sharing how to work with the practice and gently weave it into daily life

This is a practice you can return to again and again — indoors or outside, seated or on the earth.

  • My work is rooted in deep nature connection, personal healing, and long-term practice.

I’m deeply influenced by earth-based wisdom from the Stalking Wolf lineage and other traditions, which emphasises awareness, presence, and service to life.

I hold this lineage respectfully — as a way of walking, listening, and staying in relationship.

An Invitation

If this resonates, I invite you to receive the meditation and spend time with it in your own rhythm.

Let your experience — rather than my words — show you whether this way of listening has something to offer.

If you’d like to connect further after sitting with the practice, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
